Step 2: Input Data
The Account Executive uploads participant data such as: phone, pager and fax numbers and email addresses into your IRIS database.
Step 3: Test Operation
Your IRIS Account Executive tests IRIS to ensure all functions work properly.
Step 4: Train Users
Your IRIS Account Executive trains your designated administrators / users on IRIS operation. The system is so easy your users can train others in your organization.
Step 5: Monitor and Update
IRIS continues to monitor your service—24/7/365 —ensuring readiness, operation and providing free program updates.
