“Technolit Polotsk” JSC is an enterprise that specializes in grey iron casting (GOST 14 12-85) of various application and metal products. Today “Technolit Polotsk” JSC produces high-quality metal products, that can find a market both in our country and abroad.

Many highly qualified specialists work on our enterprise, that is why we are capable to produce high quality products, that can meet the requirements of international standards. 380 specialists work on our enterprise at the present moment.

The production capacity of our enterprise for the production of grey iron castings is 5 800 tons per year. In year 2009 the production capacity increased due to introduction of new trend – art (sculptural) castings, that are used in city design.

Our plant delivers its goods to Russia (Mocsow and Moscow region, Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region, Nizhni Novgorod, Omsk and other regions), CIS countries and other foreign countries (Lithuania, Latvia) (see the production catalogue).

“Technolit Polotsk” JSC uses a combination of all means of production marketing. The main attention is paid to advertising and taking part in exhibitions.

We propose you to place orders on the production of grey iron castings on our enterprise. Having a vide range of press-forging equipment, we can produce products using the methods of cold and hot forming. All our products are produced in plant conditions, the quality is checked carefully by our production control department, we also issue a quality certificate. We can produce pattern equipment, mold equipment and die tooling of various complexity using our own drawings or presented by the customer drawings.

In year 2007 a new quality management system was introduced on our enterprise and we received the certificate of conformity, that proves that designing and production quality management systems conforms to standards ISO 9001-2001. In year 2010 the quality management system of “Technolit Polotsk” JSC will be recertified according to the new version of STB ISO 9001-2009.

Nowadays a new construction of foundry engineering is taking place on our enterprise, that will allow us to enlarge our technological capacity with the perspective of steel casting production.
